It’s hard for me to believe that it’s already been a year since I decided to join tumblr—as roamingonthethrill, a 100% photoblog. A few months later I made the transition to a-charming-lie (which I still sort of miss, to be honest) and then this summer I became honestlykate, a completely personal blog. When I joined this website one year ago, I never expected it to impact me the way that it has. I think one of the biggest things about tumblr is the community its composed of and the opportunity it has given me to meet people that I would never get the chance to meet in real life—some of the kindest & most inspirational people I’ve ever come across, no less. For my followers that have been with me since the beginning and even my newest readers, thank-you for your endless support even as my blog—and really, myself—has continued to change and evolve. I wish I could talk to every single one of you, and while I know it probably won’t ever happen, I’d love to try. ;)
